The amplifier can use EL34s, KT88s, KT120s and KT150s in Triode or Ultra-Linear mode with variable feedback. Dual high quality Edcor output transformers share the signal swing and couple to the loudspeaker. This provides double the inductance for excellent bass slam and extension, while the two smaller dual windings provide a very extended smooth high end. In essence, this is the "Universal Push-Pull Amplifier" and can easily drive 2, 4 or 8 ohm loudspeakers while retaining the harmonic content close to a SET amplifier.
